π― Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing roles
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite and VP-level executives
- Experienced with data/analytics to inform decisions and priorities
- Familiar with customer success platforms, CRM tools, and automation (Gainsight, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong)
- Exposure to industrial/operational environments is a plus
- Curious about automation and AI to scale engagement
