  • Manage a $2M portfolio across 200+ enterprise accounts with Account Directors
  • Engage executive stakeholders with clear, polished communication across channels
  • Use health signals and usage data to identify risk and growth opportunities
  • Design scalable success motions: onboarding journeys, webinars, campaigns
  • Deliver targeted 1:1 engagement at onboarding milestones and expansions
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Support

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing roles
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite and VP-level executives
  • Experienced with data/analytics to inform decisions and priorities
  • Familiar with customer success platforms, CRM tools, and automation (Gainsight, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong)
  • Exposure to industrial/operational environments is a plus
  • Curious about automation and AI to scale engagement
