  • Manage a $2M portfolio across 200+ enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Account Directors to drive retention, adoption, expansion.
  • Leverage health signals, usage data, and lifecycle insights to identify risk and opportunities.
  • Design and execute scalable success motions β€” automated lifecycle campaigns, onboarding journeys, webinars, and office hours.
  • Deliver targeted 1:1 engagement at onboarding milestones, executive check-ins, risk mitigation, and expansion conversations.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Support to align on strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Comfort communicating with C-suite and VP-level executives.
  • Data-driven with analytics to inform decisions.
  • Familiar with Gainsight, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong.
  • Exposure to industrial/operational environments a plus.
  • Curious about automation and AI to scale engagement.
