  • Manage 2,000+ accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Leverage data, usage insights, and health signals to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Design scalable success programs (onboarding journeys, automated campaigns) for thousands.
  • Analyze customer behavior and product usage to improve journeys and programs.
  • Identify early indicators of risk and deploy data-driven interventions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding and lifecycle engagement.

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Experience using data or analytics to inform decisions and prioritize engagement.
  • Experience in an industrial environment (shop floor, frontline teams, manufacturing, engineering).
  • Comfortable with CS platforms, CRM tools, or automation (Gainsight, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong).
  • Curious about automation, AI, and scalable ways to engage large customer bases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
