- Strong knowledge of Saviynt product or related tech; SaaS identity background
- Experience with soft skills or tech support training; passionate about developing others
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; engage diverse learners
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, and remote tools; global teams
