Define CRM and Revenue Cloud roadmap; prioritize features and outcomes.
Establish Flow-first automation strategy; govern patterns and guardrails.
Design scalable data models; ensure clean integrations and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of hands-on Salesforce with architecture ownership.
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data modeling.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
Experience with Agentforce and/or Einstein.
SaaS/subscription domain experience with revenue/finance stakeholders.
Advanced Flow proficiency (record-triggered, scheduled, subflows, orchestration).
Data modeling expertise with reporting/integration considerations.
Governance standards (naming, documentation, release discipline).
