  • Own strategy and roadmap for critical sales tools aligned to GTM priorities.
  • Partner with Procurement and Finance on tool renewals and vendor negotiations.
  • Act as the single-threaded owner for assigned sales tools from evaluation to rollout.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Revenue Systems, Product, and Finance.
  • Define and track success metrics for tool adoption, seller impact, and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, Sales Tools, or GTM Strategy.
  • Proven success owning sales tools or platforms as a senior IC.
  • Hands-on experience with Gong and Gong Engage.
  • CRM and sales tech ecosystem expertise; strong CRM knowledge.
  • Experience with Procurement, Finance, and Legal on renewals.
  • Salesforce CPQ and lead-to-cash familiarity.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA optional.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range: $95,000–$108,000 USD; OTE similar.
