🎯 Requirements
- ~5+ years in systems engineering, mission ops, or aerospace; LEO programs preferred.
- Experience evaluating satellite payloads, mission planning, and CONOPS.
- Strong written and spoken English; clear technical communication.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, shifting environments.
- Strong systems thinking; quick to learn new architectures and tools.
- Proven ability to drive structure and momentum in technical talks.
