  • Support sales leadership in annual/quarterly planning, territory design, and quota setting.
  • Analyze sales performance trends to improve conversion and revenue growth.

  • Own CRM hygiene and data integrity; ensure accurate reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-4 years in sales operations, strategy, analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and share insights clearly.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with dashboards and reporting.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; present insights to stakeholders.
