🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or cross-functional planning.
- Proven experience leading planning across operations, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable decisions.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or technology hardware environments.
- Strong understanding of demand-supply balancing, capacity planning, and cost management.
