Sales Operations Manager, Inference and Agentic AI

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end invoicing for enterprise AI deals.
• Maintain a central invoicing tracker for terms, milestones, and collections.
• Coordinate with central finance and AR for GST-compliant invoices.
• Drive collections with enterprise clients and escalate overdue receivables.
• Manage billing adjustments including credit notes, disputes, and corrections.
• Own the monthly revenue close cycle with central finance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in finance ops, revenue ops, or sales ops.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and procurement.
• High attention to detail with ownership of financial accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise or SaaS business models is a plus.
