Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Partner with BI to keep Salesforce data clean for exec reporting.
Identify bottlenecks across lifecycle to accelerate delivery.
Hybrid role based in Raleigh; in-office 2 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in SaaS or professional services operations.
Hands-on Salesforce config: Flow Builder, custom objects, reporting.
Experience building and scaling operational workflows for services teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
