📋 Description

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a sales team across AMER.
  • Train team in pipeline generation, consultative and solution-based selling, MEDDIC.
  • Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team; manage day-to-day operations.
  • Be accountable for net revenue and activation targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe solutions for clients.
  • Inspire and develop direct reports for career growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years as an account exec and 5+ years front-line sales mgmt in tech/SaaS/banking/payments.
  • Experience with large enterprise clients; payments/financial services a plus.
  • Experience training, coaching, and scaling a high-performance sales team.
  • Build relationships with strategic clients, thought leaders, and channel partners.
  • Experience operating in an early stage, high-growth technology environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for Stripe’s mission.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts with highly technical customers.
