🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in fast-scaling SaaS or B2B.
  • Experience directly managing both SDRs and AEs.
  • Deep knowledge of outbound sales and pipeline generation best practices.
  • Strong grasp of sales metrics, KPI tracking, forecasting, and data-driven management.
  • Native fluency in Italian, and full professional fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, HubSpot).
