π― Requirements
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in fast-scaling SaaS or B2B.
- Experience directly managing both SDRs and AEs.
- Deep knowledge of outbound sales and pipeline generation best practices.
- Strong grasp of sales metrics, KPI tracking, forecasting, and data-driven management.
- Native fluency in Italian, and full professional fluency in English.
- Familiarity with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, HubSpot).
