🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales selling into technology or digital-native companies.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience leading teams in digital-native/tech orgs.
  • Track record building and leading high-performing sales teams with coaching.
  • Experience establishing and scaling sales processes, tools, and methodologies in fast-growing orgs.
  • Strong technical acumen to understand AI solutions and engage with CTOs and VP Eng.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with technical teams across the customer journey.
