- 8+ years of enterprise sales selling into technology or digital-native companies.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience leading teams in digital-native/tech orgs.
- Track record building and leading high-performing sales teams with coaching.
- Experience establishing and scaling sales processes, tools, and methodologies in fast-growing orgs.
- Strong technical acumen to understand AI solutions and engage with CTOs and VP Eng.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with technical teams across the customer journey.
