GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product, solving customer needs.
Cross-functional work with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering to drive GTM and improve Agents.
Lead and support customers as a GTM/technical leader in early enterprise discussions.

🎯 Requirements

5-7+ years in Sales Engineering or related customer-facing roles.
Fluency in French and English.
Experience in demo-building and presenting to customers.
Strong relationship-building with executives and technical leaders.
Experience leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
Bachelor's degree or higher; CS background preferred.
