🎯 Requirements
- 5-7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or tech customer-facing sales.
- Experience building demos, presenting, and engaging customers in GTM.
- Relationship-building with executives and technical leaders.
- Experience leading enterprise sales processes.
- Map business problems to Sierra solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; CS background preferred.
