- Hands-on with digital marketing: Google/Meta ads, campaign management, tracking, analytics.
- Experience implementing martech platforms across teams/locations.
- Able to present to VP Marketing and guide ops through workflows.
- Experience in early-stage/high-growth companies or building processes while executing.
