  • Build and run sales effectiveness programs across pipeline creation, progression, and close.
  • Translate business priorities into enablement plans with metrics, timelines, and ownership.
  • Assess what's working, identify gaps, and iterate quickly to reduce ambiguity.
  • Own enablement for applying sales technology, ensuring adoption of workflows.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve seller tool usage via playbooks and automation.
  • Lead governance of a sales enablement platform (Highspot/Seismic/Allego).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 6โ€“10+ years in SaaS GTM environments.
  • Proven experience leading enablement initiatives across sales plays, onboarding, and readiness.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling an enablement platform (Allego/Highspot/Seismic) with governance.
  • Strong capability in learning design and data-driven gap analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across ICs, managers, and senior leaders.
