- 6โ10+ years in SaaS GTM environments.
- Proven experience leading enablement initiatives across sales plays, onboarding, and readiness.
- Hands-on experience building and scaling an enablement platform (Allego/Highspot/Seismic) with governance.
- Strong capability in learning design and data-driven gap analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across ICs, managers, and senior leaders.
