📋 Description

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets within your region.
  • Drive new business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite, risk, compliance, and innovation teams.
  • Collaborate with the BDR, GTM, and Product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information in Fireblocks’ CRM.

🎯 Requirements

  • Enterprise sales experience in financial services, fintech, or institutional software.
  • Proven success selling to banks, custodians, or large regulated institutions.
  • Strong understanding of banking procurement, including RFPs, compliance, and multi-stakeholder decisions.
  • Experience with or interest in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial and autonomous in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate technical value into business outcomes.
