🎯 Requirements
- Enterprise sales experience in financial services, fintech, or institutional software.
- Proven success selling to banks, custodians, or large regulated institutions.
- Strong understanding of banking procurement, including RFPs, compliance, and multi-stakeholder decisions.
- Experience with or interest in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial and autonomous in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate technical value into business outcomes.
