  • Lead and develop a team of 5-6 AEs; drive pipeline and cadence.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales; 2+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams.
  • Proven track record recruiting top sales talent; sourcing and retaining performers.
  • History developing reps through promotions, expanded territories, gains.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quotas over years.
  • Deep expertise in value-based selling and MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
  • Experience selling complex, technical products to technical and business buyers.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and work with RevOps on analytics.
