- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential and commercial markets.
- Build and grow relationships with GCs, builders, engineers, and homeowners.
- Develop, present, and close client proposals; maintain a strong pipeline.
- Lead on-site walkthroughs and virtual overviews for installations.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience from first contact through installation.
- Share market insights and mentor junior sales staff.
๐ฏ Requirements
- DCJS Sales licensure or ability within 60 days of hire.
- Proven consultative/B2B sales; low-voltage tech or construction exp is a plus.
- Ability to read and mark floorplans for installation locations.
- Knowledge of low-voltage wiring types and contractor relationships.
- Excellent communication for GC, engineer, or homeowner.
- Service Fusion experience is a plus.
