- Coordinate and deliver executive-level presentations, live demos, and ROI analyses with internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years selling to employers, preferably in healthcare or employee benefits.
- Proven success managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Experience with brokers, consultants, or health plan partners in the benefits ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of self-insured healthcare dynamics and cost drivers.
- Able to communicate clinical, financial, and ROI value to executives.
- Comfort navigating competitive sales environments and differentiating on outcomes.
