  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing Enterprise team.
  • Build and execute a new logo strategy to generate pipeline in pharma accounts.
  • Orchestrate renewal management to improve renewal rates and executive reviews.
  • Partner with Customer Success to monitor health signals and retention.
  • Identify whitespace and enable outbound upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide deal guidance and executive sponsorship on complex cycles.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years enterprise B2B sales; 4+ years in sales leadership.
  • Deep pharma/life sciences industry familiarity.
  • Experience leading teams selling data, SaaS, or intelligence platforms into life sciences (preferred).
  • Proven track record building/scaling enterprise sales teams with strong retention.
  • Renewal cycles and lifecycle management experience in large accounts.
  • Strong executive presence; comfortable with C-suite; East or Central TZ preferred.
