π― Requirements
- 12+ years enterprise B2B sales; 4+ years in sales leadership.
- Deep pharma/life sciences industry familiarity.
- Experience leading teams selling data, SaaS, or intelligence platforms into life sciences (preferred).
- Proven track record building/scaling enterprise sales teams with strong retention.
- Renewal cycles and lifecycle management experience in large accounts.
- Strong executive presence; comfortable with C-suite; East or Central TZ preferred.
