📋 Description

  • Define and execute a go-to-market plan, building pipeline and bookings growth.
  • Relentlessly prospect and generate new opportunities via self-sourced activities.
  • Land and expand new enterprise logos through complex buying cycles.
  • Present Rubrik’s platform in IT/data center environments, highlighting technical value and business impact.
  • Co-sell with partners, distributors and VARs to enable rapid growth.
  • Act as territory entrepreneur: identify opportunities and shape strategy in a new market.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years closing experience in tech sales (IT infra or SaaS).
  • Proven self-sourced new logo acquisition and overachieving targets.
  • Translate IT challenges into business outcomes for CIO/CTO.
  • Experience building relationships with channel partners and GTM teams.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  • Understanding of the French enterprise market.
