📋 Description

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Direct coordination of a multi-disciplinary home health team.
• Process incoming referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, hospitals, and community partners to promote BAYADA’s services.
• Manage and mentor Clinical Associates and field staff; oversee orientation.
• Documentation review, including OASIS and Medicare requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• RN with 2+ years experience as an RN.
• Medicare Certified Home Care experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
• Strong management and leadership background.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
