🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales or revenue enablement (SaaS) with end-to-end programs.
  • 3+ years as a sales pro (SDR/BDR/AE) preferred.
  • Proven experience facilitating live training.
  • Autonomous; manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Know MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN; proficient in Salesforce/Outreach/Gong.
  • AI-forward mindset; integrate AI into training.
