  • Identify execution and skill gaps using performance data, CRM insights, and field observations.
  • Build systems translating sales data and insights into actionable enablement priorities.
  • Prioritize enablement initiatives with clear impact on pipeline, win rates, and forecast.
  • Standardize best practices across the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, deal progression.
  • Create scalable tools and plays to support complex, multi-threaded deal execution.
  • Leverage AI and modern enablement tooling to improve efficiency and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Field Enablement.
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales roles (Enterprise AE or Account Management preferred).
  • Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs with measurable improvements.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-threaded Enterprise sales cycles and account growth.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tech stacks (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform enablement strategy and measure impact.
