📋 Description

• Greet customers warmly and create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in or help book appointments using POS and systems.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote and upsell Rowan products and aftercare kits.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Loves jewelry and helping customers pick earrings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• Team player; flexible and adaptable.
