Resident - Creator Manager

📋 Description

• Publish creator briefs on marketplaces to engage ideal creators.
• Source creators from partnered marketplaces per client briefs.
• Serve as primary contact for creators, handling all comms.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution, incl. outreach and approvals.
• Manage campaign assets and maintain trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in social media or creator campaigns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable, motivated, and highly organized.
• Experience managing multiple projects to deadlines.
• Spanish language fluency a big plus.
• Brandwatch/Crimson Hexagon or TweetDeck experience helpful.
