📋 Description

• Provide direct, one-on-one home health care to clients
• Care for patients of all ages and diagnoses at home
• Manage advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator support
• Use Statewise for electronic charting and documentation
• Participate in paid training and shadowing in simulation labs
• Receive case assignments near home to shorten commutes

🎯 Requirements

• Statewise electronic charting experience
• Tracheostomy and ventilator management skills
• Ability to provide one-on-one patient care
• RN licensure; home health experience preferred
• Flexible scheduling: 8/10/12-hour shifts; PRN/Part-Time/Full-Time
• Willingness to complete paid training and shadowing
