Work as a HICU Hospital at Home Nurse delivering pediatric care at home.
Partner with the hospital care team to extend care to the home setting.
Provide initial weeks of homecare and family training with the care team.
Serve infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home in Pittsburgh, PA.
Focus on one-on-one, family-centered nursing in the home.

🎯 Requirements

Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
At least one year of verifiable LPN experience.
NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required.
Infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care competence (home or lab).
