📋 Description

  • Lead and scale enterprise SaaS sales in the West region.
  • Refine sales strategy to accelerate Global 1000 growth.
  • Develop account plans and executive relationships.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Coach Regional Directors and Account Executives in solution sales.
  • Drive large, complex deals with pricing and packaging.
  • Orchestrate multi-group sales motions across the org.

🎯 Requirements

  • Track record of exceeding objectives leading enterprise SaaS teams.
  • Experience with land-and-expand strategies in Global 1000 accounts.
  • Strong C-level relationship experience with Global 1000 execs.
  • Minimum 7 years in leadership of strategic software/SaaS.
  • 10+ years in software with recent enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with MEDDICC sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred.
