- 10+ years in SaaS with 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams (2k+ employees) to exceed targets
- Highly strategic with deep experience in consultative, complex sales cycles
- Proven experience building and leading an early-stage team
- Operationally excellent with experience building and executing a prescriptive, value-based process
- Proven ability to work across the GTM organization to strategize and execute cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on sales leader energized by AI and working with talented AEs
