  • 10+ years of Enterprise sales experience, 5+ years in leadership (VP/RVP).
  • Deep experience selling complex enterprise SaaS with multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong channel and partner management across EMEA (resellers/MSSPs/SIs).
  • Able to travel up to 50%+ across EMEA and align with US leadership.
  • Data-driven forecaster with pipeline, forecast, and budget discipline.
  • Passionate about recruiting, coaching, and developing people.
