🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years as Sales Director/Manager leading 4-8 people
  • Proven success leading hunters and longer-cycle deals
  • High-energy, hands-on sales leader in high-growth environments
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue and pipeline targets
  • Experience selling into ad tech and media, brands, retailers or ecommerce
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Marketing or equivalent; NYC/Chicago preferred
