📋 Description

  • Own regional revenue—manage pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment
  • Coach AEs on pipeline generation, discovery, deal strategy, and closing
  • Inspect pipeline and enforce qualification/disqualification discipline
  • Partner with SDRs, SEs, and Marketing to boost pipeline quality and conversions

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-7 years of experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams
  • Track record of building pipeline and driving quota attainment across a team
  • Strong deal judgment - coach qualification, disqualification, and late-stage strategy
  • Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • High standards for execution, communication, and accountability
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
