  • Proven track record closing 6- to 7-figure contracts with GCs/ECs/hyperscalers.
  • Existing Texas market relationships; Texas-based candidates preferred.
  • Experience selling workforce solutions or managed field services.
  • Technical knowledge: fiber optics, fusion splicing, structured cabling, data center infra.
  • Hunter mindset with strong relationship-building and travel willingness.
