- Strong executive presence; influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic talks
- Success building/scaling regional sales functions in fast-paced growth companies
- Deep understanding of Mexico's business culture and buying processes
- Hunter mentality with process discipline and coaching ability
- Experience in transportation, logistics, construction, or industrial tech
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise tools
