📋 Description

  • Own and drive enterprise new business in Mexico, accountable for pipeline, forecast, and revenue
  • Lead discovery and strategic selling into complex, high-potential accounts across key industries
  • Build and mentor a growing enterprise sales team; set expectations and drive accountability
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to align GTM strategies
  • Localized playbooks, processes, and tools for Mexico; leverage data to drive insights
  • Execute end-to-end sales process from first contact to close; guide evaluations
  • Cultivate executive relationships; represent Motive with professionalism and strategic insight

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with 2+ years in leadership/region management
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in long-cycle, complex deals
  • Strong executive presence; influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic talks
  • Success building/scaling regional sales functions in fast-paced growth companies
  • Deep understanding of Mexico's business culture and buying processes
  • Hunter mentality with process discipline and coaching ability
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, construction, or industrial tech
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise tools
