📋 Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team across territories.
  • Shape regional sales strategy, including territory planning, pipeline, and deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience building and managing enterprise sales teams in high-growth SaaS or AI/ML-centric software companies.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets, building pipeline, and managing long-cycle enterprise deals.
  • Strong skills with pipeline tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to translate technical product value into business outcomes — especially in AI, developer tooling, or engineering platforms.
  • Excellent communicator who can influence at all levels, from technical buyers to executive sponsors.
  • A strategic mindset and hands-on sales DNA — you’re comfortable “in the field” when needed.
