  • Lead Paytm RTC and private bus operator relationships in the region.
  • Drive partnerships, ensure supply, own regional revenue and ops.
  • Partnership & Supply: onboard operators, promote Paytm tools, negotiate terms.
  • Revenue & Performance: own targets, load factors, pricing with analytics.
  • Market & Competition: benchmark fares, inventory, insights.
  • Operations: monitor SLA, handle escalations with support and partners.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5โ€“10 years in bus ticketing, logistics, e-comm or B2C travel.
  • Experience with RTCs or regional aggregators is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience.
  • Data-savvy: comfortable with dashboards, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Deep understanding of regional travel patterns and fares.
  • Excellent English and local language; willing to travel extensively.
