- 5โ10 years in bus ticketing, logistics, e-comm or B2C travel.
- Experience with RTCs or regional aggregators is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience.
- Data-savvy: comfortable with dashboards, Excel, and BI tools.
- Deep understanding of regional travel patterns and fares.
- Excellent English and local language; willing to travel extensively.
