📋 Description

  • Structuring, negotiating and driving multinational retail deals post-launch.
  • Coordinate local teams with global retail accounts for alignment.
  • Manage regional pipelines, proposals, and alignment calls for deals.
  • Be a knowledge source for markets on local enterprise strategy and deals.
  • Develop Wolt’s enterprise sales playbooks and toolkits for markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in business development or sales; strong analytics and P&L insight.
  • Experience in core retail sectors: Grocery, Pharmacy, Health & Beauty, Electronics.
  • Strong commercial skills; able to model and articulate P&L impact.
  • Team leader; work with local teams to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience building new ways of working for commercial excellence globally.
  • Flexible and adaptable; balance strategy with detail when needed.
