  • Structuring, negotiating and driving large-scale multinational retail deals.
  • Coordinate local country teams with global retail accounts to align goals.
  • Manage regional pipelines, proposals and calls to win and scale partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in BD or sales with strong analytics and financial acumen
  • Experience in Grocery, Pharmacy, Health & Beauty, Pet Care or Electronics
  • Ability to model and articulate P&L impact
  • Leadership: work with local teams to drive performance improvements
  • Experience building commercial excellence in a global organization
  • Excellent English; willing to work from a Wolt country and travel
