🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in business development or sales; mix of startup and enterprise experience.
  • Experience in Grocery, Pharmacy, Health & Beauty, Pet Care or Electronics.
  • Strong analytical, financial and commercial acumen; derive insights.
  • Ability to model P&L impact and articulate commercial outcomes.
  • Leadership and collaboration with local teams to improve performance.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
