📋 Description

  • Own bookings growth for Identity Resilience in the defined Southeast to South Central region.
  • Lead a team of Field AEs; manage pipeline and enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a focused regional go-to-market plan.
  • Sell Rubrik to Enterprise prospects; guide strategy and CxO selling.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Channel Development and Rubrik Partners.
  • Forecast accurately; conduct weekly progress meetings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-5 years in sales management; experience on small to mid-enterprise deals.
  • Relevant domain experience across backup, cloud and datacenter environments.
  • Proven track record in a sales-driven org, selling tech products/services.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving; ability to succeed in fast-paced env.
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
  • Knowledge of Rubrik’s domain.
