📋 Description

  • Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing enterprise AE team to exceed revenue targets

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years sales exp and 3+ years leading AE teams in dev tools/AI SaaS
  • Based in SF Bay Area with enterprise tech network
  • Proven track record building teams and developing top AEs
  • Hands-on leader who coaches on live deals
  • Strong operational discipline: forecast, pipeline, CRM hygiene
  • Comfortable talking with senior engineers/CTOs about Cursor fit
