- 10+ years sales exp and 3+ years leading AE teams in dev tools/AI SaaS
- Based in SF Bay Area with enterprise tech network
- Proven track record building teams and developing top AEs
- Hands-on leader who coaches on live deals
- Strong operational discipline: forecast, pipeline, CRM hygiene
- Comfortable talking with senior engineers/CTOs about Cursor fit
