📋 Description

  • Own regional forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal quality using CRM.
  • Create and execute a regional Territory Plan for the ANZ region.
  • Influence complex, high-value deals while Account Managers retain ownership.
  • Drive consistent sales methodology and qualification standards.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Channel and Operations.
  • Meet/exceed regional objectives; grow key customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years sales leadership experience (player-coach).
  • 8-10 years enterprise SaaS sales to ANZ IT.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Training in MEDDPIC and Value-Based Selling/Strategic Selling.
  • Experience with Channel Partners, Marketing and Sales Development.
  • Track record closing five- to seven-figure transactions.
