📋 Description

  • Lead, coach, and scale Field Eng team for enterprise opportunities within your vertical
  • Partner with Sales leadership and AEs on high-quality discovery, demos, and POCs with strategic accounts
  • Own the 0-to-1 build-out of the vertical Field Engineering practice, events, collateral, exec relationships
  • Establish best practices for evaluations, POC execution, and technical deal strategy
  • Serve as escalation point for complex evaluations and high-stakes enterprise deals
  • Hire and develop top-tier FE talent with vertical experience; set career paths

🎯 Requirements

  • Have 3+ years leading FE, Solutions Architects, or Pre-Sales in a vertical
  • Proven account selling/support in target verticals; industry background a plus
  • Proven track record selling to and engaging technical buyers (devs, architects, CTOs)
  • Strong foundation in modern dev workflows, AI tooling, and productivity
  • Entrepreneurial drive: build from zero, enablement assets, field events
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales while maintaining technical integrity
