🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise sales, 3+ years leading AE teams in dev tools/technical SaaS/AI
- Based in the Southeast with an established network across the region's enterprise tech market
- Proven track record building teams from the ground up and developing AEs
- Hands-on leader who stays close to deals and coaches through live opportunities
- Strong operational discipline: forecasting, pipeline inspection, and repeatable sales processes
- Technically fluent to discuss Cursor with senior engineers and CTOs
