  • Attract, hire, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years enterprise sales leadership experience with recruiting high performing senior AEs.
  • Proven history of overachievement as an enterprise seller and a leader.
  • Ability to recruit and retain top AEs with a One Team One Dream mindset.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally and co-selling with external partners.
  • Expertise in land-and-expand sales motions and data-driven outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
