🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years enterprise sales leadership with track record of recruiting senior AEs for large enterprises
  • Proven history of overachievement; teams consistently hit revenue targets
  • Led and motivated AEs with a One Team One Dream mindset; strong coaching
  • Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, CS, Alliances to close complex deals
  • Experience in outbound selling and building qualified pipeline; AE/BDR collaboration
  • Land-and-expand sales expertise and a data-backed view of enterprise outcomes
  • Bonus: experience with consumption-based business is a plus
  • Bonus: ability to leverage AI to enhance the sales motion
